Day 1
Welcome to Crete

Meet & greet at the airport of Heraklion.

Day 2
Dialysis Day

You will be picked up from your accommodation for the dialysis treatment. Below you will be able to find the details of the dialysis center.

After completing the treatment, a driver will expect you at the center for the transfer back to the hotel.

There is a specially designed activity program for travel partners with a wide range of activities and experiences to enjoy.
Day 3
Explore Agios Nikolaos

Here you will explore the landscape and the down town of Agios Nikolaos. Through the site roads of the island, you will be taken on a scenic journey.

In this unique city you may visit interesting archaeological and natural History museums, Byzantine churches, a well-organised marina, bustling pedestrian streets (ideal for leisurely walks), and traditional squares with a choice of pleasant cafés and restaurants.

A delicious lunch can be enjoyed in one authentic Cretan Taverna.

We will return back to the hotel in the afternoon.
Day 4
Dialysis Day

You will be collected from your accommodation for the dialysis treatment.
