Once we arrive, we’ll stroll through the old town of Rethymno, where its narrow alleyways, colorful buildings, and blend of Venetian and Ottoman influences will instantly captivate you. You’ll explore beautiful mansions, historic fountains, and small artisan shops that give the old town its enchanting character.

Rethymno old town is a charming mix of Venetian elegance and Ottoman heritage, creating one of the most atmospheric towns in Crete. As you wander through its labyrinth of narrow streets, you’ll come across Venetian mansions, picturesque balconies, and historic landmarks such as the Rimondi Fountain and the Venetian Loggia. The old town offers a lively yet relaxed ambiance with boutique shops, cozy cafes, and tavernas serving authentic Cretan cuisine. Exploring Rethymno old town allows you to dive into centuries of history while enjoying a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.



Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the entrance of the Venetian Harbor, home to the iconic Egyptian Lighthouse, one of the oldest and tallest in the Mediterranean. You will also see the traditional fishing boats, waterfront tavernas, and the restored Venetian buildings that paint a picture of the city’s glorious past.
